In addition to the traditional prototype approach we can also help you develop a strategy approach for the certification of projects with varying designs such as tenant improvements. A large part of a successful Volume program is insuring it is tailored to your specific project type and has the flexibility to be applied in multiple regions. We will work with you to build in multiple paths to achieving a credit and in the development and negotiation of Credit Interpretation Requests to ensure that you have the largest number of credits possible available to every project.

Whether it is LEED or Energy Star of BREEAM we will help you navigate the certification process in the most time and cost effective manner possible.
Proper specifications can go a long way to ensure that your projects are built as designed. We can develop master specifications that can be used as a starting point for creating project specific documents, both in full length specification book format and outline format that can be inserted directly into the construction drawings. We also work with you to set up your own MasterSpec license so whether we provide a full master specification or specifications for an individual project you own the rights to the specifications to use according to your needs.
Building and land use code compliance may be one of the most difficult and confusing aspects of a building project. We can do a thorough code review of all of you prototype documents to ensure compliance with the latest building and accessibility codes. We can also do a review of local building and land use codes on an individual project basis to ensure that your sustainability codes are not in conflict with local ordinances. When there is a conflict we can help guide you through the process of resolving those conflicts at both the city and county level.
